She joined the Company in 2001 and has held various positions during that time, including Sr. Director of HR Business Partners from 2024 to 2025; Director of Human Resources from 2018 to 2024; Director of Leadership & Development from 2017 to 2018; and Director of Human Resources from 2015 to 2017.
